Alex Nguyen

Managing Principal

Alex is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction of the company, including identifying new investment opportunities, managing investor relationships, and setting and executing on company goals. He works closely with the acquisitions, asset management, and development teams to ensure projects are aligned with the company’s investment strategy and are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Alex also manages the company’s financial performance, including fundraising and investor reporting, and serves as the primary point of contact for the company’s stakeholders.

Rachel Thompson

Project Manager

Rachel is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of property development projects, from initial due diligence through construction and lease-up. She works closely with the acquisition team to evaluate potential opportunities and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Acquisitions Associate

Jonathan is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new property acquisition opportunities that meet the company's investment criteria. He conducts market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to assess the potential risks and rewards of each opportunity and works with the acquisitions team to negotiate deals and close transactions.

Asset Manager

Susan is responsible for managing the company's existing portfolio of properties, including overseeing property managers, tracking financial performance, and identifying opportunities for value-add improvements. She works closely with the leasing and marketing team to ensure properties are marketed effectively and leased up quickly.

Financial Analyst

Michael is responsible for analyzing the financial performance of potential and existing properties, preparing financial models and projections, and monitoring the company's financial performance. He works closely with the acquisitions and asset management teams to ensure properties are performing in line with expectations and identifies opportunities for improvement.
